ARE YOUR CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS? WHAT IF I CAN’T DO EVERYTHING?

That’s the beauty of indoor cycling and riding in the dark— you can ALWAYS take it at your own pace and control the intensity, speed and resistance of your Burn.

WHEN IS THE SCHEDULE RELEASED SO I CAN SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?

Every Sunday at 5pm, the schedule goes LIVE for the following week. Please opt in to receive e-mails from us to receive reminders, grab the classes you want, and hear about all things Burn!

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

When someone cancels a bike, the next person on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class and onto the bike that was canceled. You will receive an email immediately notifying you if you move off the waitlist. If you can no longer make it to class, make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid incurring a late cancel fee.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that things come up, and from time to time you won't make it to a class you've booked. When that happens, be sure to let us know as soon as you can. Please see our Terms page for the full details on all our studio policies.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SWITCH BIKES?

To switch your bike after booking, you will need to cancel your existing reservation and then re-book the bike you prefer. You may also call the studio—if we have any open bikes, we’ll be happy to make the switch for you.

DOES BURNCYCLE OFFER ONLINE CLASSES?

Absolutely! Check out our BurnCycle OnDemand library. We upload 12+ rides recorded from the previous week every Friday.

DOES BURNCYCLE HAVE AN APP?

YES! From booking your weekly classes to booking bikes for your guests, from account information to checking in on your milestones, from viewing your spot on the waitlist + more, we’ve designed our app to be your one-stop-shop for all things Burn!

CAN I BOOK A GUEST?

Everything is better with a buddy— But especially BurnCycle. You can book your guests through our App! Just select the class of your choice and the bikes of your choice, toggle to “guest” in the “Reserve For” section, enter their email, select the package you’d like to pay for them with, and BOOM.

Bonus- as a member, you’ll receive 1 free guest pass each month which is automatically loaded into your account.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE CYCLING SHOES?

We require that each rider clip in to our pedals using cycling shoes. Clipping in allows you utilize the full revolution of your pedal stroke and engage more of your muscles, which translates to a more effective stationary bike workout. It also allows for a wider range of movement and increased safety.

ARRIVING LATE + LEAVING EARLY

If you're not signed in 3 minutes prior to class, we will give away your bike. If you're running late, you must call the studio to hold your bike. If you must leave early, please let the instructor know ahead of time.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKER ROOMS?

Yes! Our locker rooms are fully equipped with showers, towels, hair dryers, compostable bags for your sweaty workout clothes, hair products… you name it.

IS THERE AN AGE OR HEIGHT REQUIREMENT TO RIDE?

You must be 14 years or older to take a BurnCycle class. If you are under 18 years old, we’ll need your parents to sign a consent form in person in studio. Riders must be over 4’10" to ride.

CAN I TAKE A CLASS IF I’M PREGNANT?

We have many pregnant riders and love seeing them! However, we highly recommend you check with your healthcare provider for their advice before taking a class with us.

DO YOU PROVIDE CHILDCARE IN THE STUDIO?

We do not, however drop-in childcare is available near our studio. WeVillage at 1024 NW Glisan St. is located just a few blocks away from our Pearl studio.
